Based in London, Deafroots is a local charity that has been established since August 2000. In that time we have provided help and support to the deaf community in and around Newham. We have held many successful events and have had among others The Big Lottery Fund as our funders for many varied projects.
We also serve several neighbouring boroughs which include Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge and Hackney. We have also been very successful abroad we mainly help in Lagos and specifically Ikeja in Nigeria.
